Trinnex Awarded Sourcewell Contract for Lead Service Line Inventory Software and Services

April 24, 2024

Manchester, NH, 4/24/24 - Trinnex® has been awarded a cooperative purchase contract through Sourcewell to provide Lead Service Line Inventory Software and Services for utilities across the United States.

Sourcewell has been empowering government since 1978. Throughout North America, they offer a cooperative purchasing program to streamline the public procurement process. On behalf of 50,000 participating agencies, Sourcewell conducts competitive solicitations, awarding the most responsive and responsible suppliers. Agencies can purchase from hundreds of awarded contracts delivered through a local dealer or representative. Sourcewell staff work as force multipliers, empowering you to fulfill your public service mission.

Trinnex was awarded the Sourcewell contract following a rigorous request for proposal process resulting in contracts that meet, or exceed, local procurement requirements.

Keith Hodsden, VP of Sales at Trinnex, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are thrilled to be selected by Sourcewell for our commitment to providing innovative digital solutions to utilities who are developing their lead service line inventories.”

“leadCAST and leadCAST Predict remain the most comprehensive and secure solutions in market for utilities who want to work with a single technology provider for end-to-end LCRR/LCRI program management. We are looking forward to empowering even more utilities with our technology, as well as the valued customer base we currently serve across the country,” he added.

Through this contract, utilities and municipalities seeking solutions for their Lead Service Line Inventory and Services will not need to issue individual RFPs, greatly expediting regulatory compliance. It is free for utilities to register to become a Sourcewell member.

“We are excited to partner with Trinnex and provide these great products and services to public agencies across the United States through a Sourcewell contract. These solutions can help agencies address their regulatory obligations and ensure community safety,” stated Nicholas Trout, Senior Supplier Development Executive at Sourcewell.

Trinnex offers two main solutions that assist with lead service line inventory development: leadCAST® and leadCAST® Predict.

leadCAST is an all-in-one cloud-based technology application that manages compliance with the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) and proposed Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI).  leadCAST integrates GIS, field-collected information, and public communication touchpoints into a single data management environment. leadCAST is the only complete solution available that includes capabilities for inventory, sampling, replacement planning, public outreach tracking, and predictive modeling in a single platform to streamline utility LCRR and proposed LCRI compliance programs.

leadCAST Predict accelerates the classification of unknown service lines and prioritizes field verifications through advanced service line material predictions powered by machine learning. This further enhances utility toolsets by using machine learning to predict unknown materials in service lines with a high degree of accuracy, providing a full-service solution to gain control over the service line inventory.

All Trinnex solutions are embedded with best-in-class cybersecurity that is thoroughly reviewed, tested and approved through SOC2 certification to protect our clients’ critical information.
