Travis Wagner is a seasoned water sector digital expert and business leader with over 20 years of experience in digital strategy and transformation, data collection, integration, management, advanced analytics, and software. He has developed, led, and grown digital businesses for over a decade and is passionate about helping customers optimize infrastructure decisions using a combination of hardware, software, and services. Mr. Wagner’s experience encompasses asset integrity and management, operations, planning, data science, software and solutions development, hardware and technology expertise, and design. He has a successful track record in driving business growth, internal and client digital transformation, product and service innovation, and scalable solutions that deliver lasting and practical outcomes to manage infrastructure optimally.

Travis is responsible for Trinnex’s Digital Solutions business that includes strategy development defining how digital technologies can be used to achieve utility business goals. This digital transformation planning helps organizations implement new technologies, streamline processes, and transform into a digital innovation culture. He also leads a data science as a service (DSaaS) offering that provides utilities a services-based model to optimize their planning and operations with artificial intelligence solutions as well as implementation/integration of large, complex digital projects that centralize, manage, and analyze data.

Christy is an experienced Digital Solution Consultant and IT Project Manager responsible for leadership and management of projects to design, develop, and maintain complex digital solutions. She has served in a project management role on multiple enterprise-level application development projects. These included facilitating requirements gathering workshops, translating client requirements into written specifications, tracking, and monitoring financial metrics, client relations, internal project team leadership, project completion monitoring, milestone creation, and task estimation.

She managed 58 digital projects totaling over $17M on the USACE IDIQs between 2010 and 2023 and more than $23M in total across a broader portfolio since 2010.

Outside of her federal portfolio, Christy also supports the creation of digital solutions for state transportation departments such as Ohio, Maine, Delaware, Illinois, and Washington and several other organizations. Her focus has been on the development of enterprise level digital solutions that are helping customers achieve their goals of more effective decision making and efficient processing of data and information in an age where the demands for better and faster information is growing at an exponential rate.

Larry Kelley is CDM Smith’s Data Management Discipline Leader and specializes in implementing data management solutions that support utility management programs ranging from lead service line initiatives to enterprise asset management. He architects back-end data systems using commercial platforms, implements robust data-standardization processes, and develops data-driven web, mobile, and dashboard applications. Larry has led major technology programs, including the U.S. Navy’s Maximo asset data collection and integration initiative, where he designed and deployed the data management framework that underpins the Navy’s asset management program.

Thad Riley is a lead software developer with over 15 years of experience. Mr. Riley specializes in software architecture and modern web application, databases, and desktop application development. He has extensive experience with rich user interface design and implementation, systems hardware, technical support, and advanced virtual machine configuration.

His skillset includes TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, C++, ASP.NET, and a variety of relational database management systems. Mr. Riley provides both consulting and development support for existing and new application updates for automated data extraction, loading, transformation, storage, reporting and modeling.

He has served as lead developer, software architect, and technical mentor for many enterprise-level web applications to create unique and engaging digital solutions.
